I have  a (HP mt43 Mobile Thin Client)This Laptop Have a Sim Card Slot But I Don't Use a Sim On My Laptop. Sim Not Detected...!

Every HP mt43 Mobile Thin Client has a SIM card slot.

 

Does your notebook have the required WWAN adapter that allows you to connect to the cellular network?

 

All the SIM card does is to allow you to access your provider's cellular network.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.

 

HP mt43 Mobile Thin Client Maintenance and Service Guide

 

In order to access mobile broadband, your notebook must have one of the following WWAN adapters installed and showing up in the Windows device manager under the Network Adapters device manager category:

 

HP lt4120 LTE

HP hs3210 WW HSPA+
