Hi,

 

I couldn't find the solution for the extreme slowness on my download speed with HP X360 Envy.

Although I have a very fast IPS for my internet, about 600Mbp, I get only 1~2MB speed only with this machine, which is totally unacceptable. 

Also, unlike another machine at home, certain software consistently has to be reinstalled again to work properly. Certain apps are not even launching.

I have updated with the latest software, no junk software, fully protected with anti-virus, only use it for work purposes with limited software and websites. Some apps are consistently asking for User Control, although other machines do not ask. Some apps are installed but never launch either. I have tried troubleshooting with HP Support Assistant, but nothing addresses my issue. 

 

I am on with WIN10 20H2 19042.804

Do you happen to have your bluetooth on? I have the same issue if I turn on my bluetooth mouse. My WiFi internet speeds go back to normal if I turn the mouse off. It seems to be a common issue with the Realtek 8822CE wifi adapter that comes with these laptops. Still trying to find a fix
