Hi:
I recommend that you reinstall W10 because there are no W7 drivers for the USB 3.1 ports and the Realtek Wi-Fi card is automatically disabled on W7.
These would be the latest USB drivers for W7 that were released by Intel to HP:
5.0.4.43v2
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95218.exe
You would have to remove the Wi-Fi card and mask some contact pins to get it to work on W7.
You have to mask off pin 54 and 56
