8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two 8610 all in one printers. Both are connected to my router however when I go to print the printer shows "cannot connect to the internet" I AM NOT losing wifi connection and I can print after clicking "ok"  This started a few days ago on both printers at the same time. I tried updating the driver but that did not help. Again, wireless connection is good and I can print. Problem is that printer no longer provides info for HP instant ink or other issues.

Hi @degoodman

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try rebooting the devices -

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer/ mobile devices.
2) Wait for 60 seconds.
3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
5) Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

If the issue still persists,  please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Went to virtual agent. Had to delete then add web services on each printer. That solved the issue
