Hi @rickydchina,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Envy 5660 printer is showing "NO FILTERING" as the test result and the blue light is blinking, it could indicate a problem with the printer's connectivity or the print queue. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
  • Restart both your printer and your Wi-Fi router to establish a fresh connection.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off your HP Envy 5660 printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check the Print Queue:

  • On your computer, open the print queue or print spooler.
  • Cancel any pending print jobs.
  • Restart your computer.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer.
  • Visit the official HP website to download and install the latest drivers for your HP Envy 5660 printer.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP website. If there are updates, install them as they may include bug fixes.

Reset Network Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wireless or Network settings.
  • Reset the network settings to default and then reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Ensure that there are no physical obstructions or damage to the printer.
  • Check the ink levels and paper supply to make sure they are not causing the issue.

Factory Reset (if necessary):

  • As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your printer. Keep in mind that this will erase all custom settings, so make sure you have necessary information backed up.
  • Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on performing a factory reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
