Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Google Drive on my device. Every time I open up the Google homepage, in the screenshot below, I noticed that the Google Apps icon isn't displayed, and neither is the Google notification button icon displayed as well. Usually, the Google Apps icon is supposed to be there, and it's supposed to display the other icons within it, such as the Calendar, Contacts, Photos, Docs, Drive, Gmail, YouTube, etc. I can't even access YouTube because it's not letting me access these particular icons. I am recently having this issue today; yesterday, and all through the past year I never had an issue like this before, but I have a feeling/theory that the Google website itself is temporarily down, or the Google Drive website itself might be temporarily down. Please help me as soon as possible because I need to be able to access my Gmail accounts, my Google Drive, and all my important documents/work assignments. I'm not sure if this is a 1-day thing, but just in case I'm still unable to access the Google Drive by tomorrow, here is my phone number to contact me [personal information removed]. I would appreciate it very much! The Google page is lacking the Google Apps icon and notification icon. The Google page is lacking the Google Apps icon and notification icon.

Please ask Google. My Google page is the same as your posted image. Please try the following way first

I have asked that our Moderators remove the phone number from your post.

At this point, if ANYONE calls you, consider that the caller is likely to try and take advantage of you.  He (or she, for there are no gender barriers for scum scammers), may OFFER to help if you would just give them a credit card and / or just let them into your computer for "just a minute".

Having posted your personal phone number on a public site is asking for trouble of the worst kind.

Please be careful about answering your phone:

Do NOT give anyone who calls ANY of your private information.

AND, @banhien is correct!

  • The issue with Google, if there is one, is not something we can fix.
  • I can access my Gmail, by the way, but this means nothing - you might be on the other side of the country / planet.  YOUR access might be down.
  • You could try restarting everything, including your router / network.
  • If the problem is still there, it is likely on the "Google" side.
