Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a pretty old Envy notebook. It's been on for about 8 years but I've had it for only the last 5. I've always had an issue with the hotspot/hosted network function. Whenever I use either, once I connect the device I need to hotspot a connection, the notebook bluescreens with a watchdog clock error. I've tried updating WLAN/Network drivers, but I upgraded it to Windows 10 when I got it, so I can't download any drivers on the hp page. Please help.
