Hi, my name is Brianna and I have a question about the hotspot that comes on the laptop. I noticed that my laptop came with a mobile hotspot, and when I try to connect my PlayStation to my hotspot, it freezes my whole laptop and then it restarts. So, my question is why is my laptop freezing every time I try to connect it to my hotspot?
