I just got this laptop from a buddy of mines and he said he factory reset the laptop for me and when he was doing it he was able to connect to wifi. Now fast forward two later im at home booting it up and i can’t connect to my at home wifi . I looked online for a solution and it keep saying try the airplane mode hack didn’t work or even update all my wifi adapter drivers and i connect to my ethernet
cord so i could be connected while the updates went through. I also did all the windows update itself and still no look my wifi isn’t popping up as a option for me. I also try to manually add my wifi it went through and restarted that it’s there but it didn’t automatically connect to it and it still won’t show up as a option for me to click on to connect to.

You need to skip over that Wi-Fi step. Try the following and let me know if a problem
