Pavilion 15t-e000

This is an older Pavilion.   I changed my password because I was having trouble with it and now I can't access anything on my computer.   It wants me to use the previous password.   Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @CHRYSALIS-1

I'd like help with your query-

Reset your Microsoft account password

If you use a Microsoft email address and password to sign in, you can reset or change the password from any web browser. Go to Microsoft recover your account (in English) to create a new password.

Refer to the video for instructions-How To Reset Your Microsoft Account Password for Windows 10

in the document Change or Reset the Computer Password (Windows 10)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
