Hi,

 

Can someone tell me what cable I need to connect HP Zbook Firefly to HP Zbook Thunderbolt 3 Dock. I purchased a Thunderbolt Dock G2 Combo Cable, Thunderbolt 3 Combo Cable Cord for HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 3TR38AA Dock Cable for 3XB96UT 3Xb96aa but the dual power connection into the dock was no compatible with the dock. Please advise

Sounds they are NOT compatible. What is the generation of your HP Zbook Firefly machine ?

They are as I have the cable that connects other zbooks to the same docks in our office. I just dont know the model name or number of the cable.
