Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How can I get my two PCs to see each other on the LAN?  I have set up the shares on both and can see each on their own Network as Computer One and Network Infrastructure One, double clicking Computer One I see the shares on my PC displayed the same occurs on the other PC. Help, please. I used to have a working LAN between these to PC a while back but all of a sudden they stopped connecting to each other. None of the setup information I have seems to be on the PCs now!
