Can u tell me if a HP 14' stream laptop with windows 10 is compatible with a HP DeskJet 2655 all in one printer thanks. [personal information removed]

Yes it is but you have to install software and drivers using the following package

 

      https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/DJ2600/DJ2600_Full_WebPack_43.3.2478.exe
