Product: Envy

I recently bought the Hp Envy and it will not connect to my home wifi. I have other devices connected and working on my network. The Envy will however connect to my phones hotspot. I'm at a loss

What is your HP Envy machine ? Looks  like it only supports 2.4GHz networks. Please allow your router to broadcast DUAL bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz. Your machine will be able to "see" 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect.

 

Note: it uses same password as 5.0GHz network.
