I went away on a trip for a week and my computer went to sleep. Came back home and it won’t connect to WiFi. Shows no connections.

Normally its wifi card will stop when sleep to save power.  And depending on the way you setup it may not wake up properly.  Please try

  • Open Device Manager,
  • Expand Network Adapters,
  • Right Wireless adapter and select Properties,
  • Select Power Management tab,
  • Un tick the first option,
  • Clock OK/Apply to get out.

Regards.
