HP pavilion 13 x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since a week my HP pavilion won’t connect with  one specific wifi netwerk anymore.  Before i could always connect with this wifi.
All the other devices can connect with the wifi, so its not related to the wifi itself. And when i try to connect with other wifi’s i have no problems, it just works.

When i try to connect (I know I have the right password) the laptop says: ‘can’t connect with this network’.

How can i solve this?

Hi,

If you go into settings > network and internet > click on wifi settings

click on "Manage known networks"

see if the network is listed and if it is listed click on forget.

now try to reconnect to the network using the password

Hope it helps,

David
