Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi All,

 

I tried to (cold) start my Hp spectre x360 but it crashes before it loads windows11. Also it fails to load other drivers such as mouse etc 

I tried to boot the laptop using bootable usb that I created by downloading windows11 version from Microsoft and created using Rufus. The steps move until select the drive but drive does not show up. I downloaded Intel Memory storage technology driver for SSD on to USB and tied to install driver but this file does not showup when I browse USB   

I did all the HP diagnostics such as CPU, memory, stress tests, all pass okay.

Pl help me solve this issue
