Hello!

Apparently the wifi and bluetooth dissapeared from my hp victus windows 11, out of the blue.

Like one day the icons dissapeared. I tried drivers, i tried rebooting, everything. Doesnt work at all.

Ive seen alot of similar issues like mine and im kinda dissapointed from HP.

The problem still exist and ive looked in a lot of topics in here and internet in general.

I would appreciate some help!

Hi @Holypopo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Have you made any changes to your pc hardware, software or upgraded windows?

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Meanwhile, If the wireless adapter missing or not detecting, it could be an issue with the wireless card itself.

Have you run a wireless card test on your computer?

:white_heavy_check_mark:Download and install the HP Hardware diagnostics tool from this link

:white_heavy_check_mark:Once installed, shut down your computer.

:white_heavy_check_mark:Wait for a minute.

:white_heavy_check_mark:Turn the computer On and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system diagnostics.

:white_heavy_check_mark:Select the component test and run a wireless test on your computer.

Refer to this HP Article for assistance.

:stop_sign:If the test fails or does not detect the wireless card, you can try reseating the wireless module or contact our phone support to check on the service options available for your computer.

If the test passes, restart your computer.

:white_heavy_check_mark:Visit www.hp.com/drivers and the product number of your computer.

:white_heavy_check_mark:Download and install the wireless adapter for your computer.

:stop_sign:If the issue persists, perform a push-button reset on your computer and check.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
