@Ffghhurry658888, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP laptop 14!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

When your HP14 laptop indicates it is connected to the Samsung Galaxy hotspot but shows "No internet," there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. Ensure both your laptop and Samsung Galaxy have proper configurations and settings enabled.

Here are the steps you can follow:

Restart Devices:

  • Restart both your HP14 laptop and Samsung Galaxy A35. This simple step can resolve minor connectivity issues.

Check Hotspot Settings:

  • On your Samsung Galaxy A35, check the settings for the mobile hotspot. Make sure it is properly configured, and no restrictions are preventing the device from connecting:
    1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
    2. Select Mobile Hotspot and ensure it is turned on.
    3. Verify if there is a limit set on the number of devices that can connect to the hotspot.

Verify APN Settings:

  • Sometimes, incorrect APN settings can prevent internet access even if the device is connected to the hotspot:
    1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
    2. Check if the APN settings match those provided by your mobile carrier.
    3. If necessary, adjust the APN settings according to your carrier's requirements.

I hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
