THIS IS THE WORST OPERATING SYSTEM I HAVE EVER USED,   I CANNOT USE THIS AND NEED TO GET HP WINDDOWS 10 I MADE A HUGGE MISTAKE BUYING THIS    I WANT  A REFUND   ITS COSTING ME MONEY ,  CANT DO ANYTHING VERY SLOW AND NOT A GOOD BUY REFUND REFUND REFUND

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Sorry you did not do any research before your purchase!  Unfortunately, we are mostly just volunteers sitting at home offering instructions how to run your HP device.

 

I suggest you contact the place you purchased it from, and politely (NO CAPS LOCK) explain how you did not understand that a ChromeBook does not run Windows (in any form).

 

Good luck!  I really enjoy my ChromeBook!
