There is nothing wrong with multiple installations of the same printer. That is frequently done to avoid constantly changing printer properties. On the other hand, if you installed different versions of the same driver you should keep only the most recent.
If you cannot print that is a different problem.
To get rid of extra printers or drivers use the windows printui application
Run the following app from the command line
printui /s |
Install the new driver and then search for the printer
|
Let me know if you need to connect using Wi-Fi or you want to know which driver to use. Please provide the exact printer model also.
