Microsoft Windows 11

When I plug my ethernet cable into my PC it says that I am connected however when I go to use my internet it says that I don't have any internet. I've tried using different ethernet cables but that never fixed the issue. I've also tried using the google DNS server 8.8.8.8    8.8.4.4 but that also didn't work. I have tried uninstalling my ethernet drivers and reinstalling them but that also never worked. I don't understand why it says that I have internet but when I go to use it, it says that I don't. Thank you to whoever may read this and is able to help me with my issue. have a blessed day!
