Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I am having trouble printing from my laptop to my printer. Some things it will print but not all.

Also The Microsoft Office  I purchased wont let me print labels.

Provide the printer model number or the product number?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Are you getting any error message while printing?

My printer is

HP Envy 5530.

It prints others things just not labels I make in HP Office. The office program is downloaded  and paid for since last September.
