Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to access internet in my laptop. Whenever I am trying to access any site it give me message that that site is unexpectedly closed the connection .please solve this problem because I from that I'm facing many problems.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Are you using an ethernet cable or wifi to connect the Notebook to the internet?
  • Do you have any other device connected to the same network that is working fine?

For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
