I am not able to connect to any wireless device.

HP Recommended
Pavilion g7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to connect to any of the wireless devices since I have upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, I am not able to connect to either Bluetooth nor WiFi. Even though wireless network adapters are also missing from the device manager. Since I downloaded new drivers from HP official site but they are only for Windows 8.1, there are no drivers for Windows 10. And since tried to install the same drivers but I am unable to install them on Windows 10.

Your Pavilion g7 machine is a bit old, no drivers for Windows 10. What is it ? Please use the following way to work out what is is model/product

 

               https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108


Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
