Product: Samsung Gallaxy Pad 3
Operating System: Android 6.0 - 6.0.1 Marshmallow

This is the first time I have tried to connect my Android pad to my new HP Envy 5010 and the network is shown on my device but it will not connect until I put in a Password but being an ancient old man I haven't a clue where to obtain this.

Can anybody help me please???

Are they on the SAME your home network.

 

  1. Yes. You won't need password in this case.
  2. No. You can use wireless direct and please get close to the printer to get its password on its screen. You only need to enter password/pin to your Samsung once.

For both cases, please use Google Play/Store to search for and install HP Smart app to your Samsung then use this app to Print, Scan.
