@Latara

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I see that you're unable to connect to wireless network,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Are you getting any error message or code?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

  1. Use Windows "Troubleshoot problem" (right click on the network icon on the taskbar next to the clock).
  2. Open "Device manager" and find your Wi-Fi card (something like Realtek, Broadcom, etc.). Right, click on the network and uninstall the driver.
  3. Now restart the PC and Windows will reinstall the WLan driver. This will reset your the Wi-Fi driver.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below, Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,
