Product: HP Laptop - 15s-eq1516sa

Hey, I am unable to connect to the Wi-Fi on my Laptop upon start-up after factory resetting.

 

I have tried all the WiFi networks, ethernet to USB adapter, etc. I've tried downloading and reinstalling the Wi-Fi network adapter drivers, but I haven't been able to find the right one. I believe the laptop is the "HP Laptop - 15s-eq1516sa".
