Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can see my neighbors networks but not my own in available networks.  My network does show up in manage known networks. I have restarted my router but it still won’t connect. My iPhone, iPad and my Alexa are all connected to my network.

any suggestions.

I believe your network uses 5GHz bandwidth but your computer only supports 2.4GHz bandwidth that why it can see other networks but not yours.

 

The very simple solution is to allow your router to broadcast BOTH bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz

My router does support both. I just need to figure out how to get my router to broadcast both.
