I can't connect any Bluetooth device with my pc.

This problem is from starting when I purchased iti asked at stores. They told to raise a complaint.

Hello Arshdeep13, go to start, Settings, Devices, you will see Bluetooth, in the square above, click on add Bluetooth or another device, check that it has activated for example a cell phone, wireless headphones, etc... and Bluetooth From the laptop too, the device you want to connect must appear, all that remains is to pair them with a code that appears and it would already be connected.
