Hi there,

 

I can't seem to connect my HP Elitebook to my iphone hotspot. Iphone is working fine it seems. The personal hotspot is on on the iphone side. 

 

Sometimes I can see the name of the hotspot shows on available network on my HP laptop but sometimes it does not. When it shows and I tried to connect, it says that  I can't connect. 

 

The HP laptop has Windows 10, although I don't know what bit version it is (whether it is 32 or 64).

 

Can someone help?
