Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

So I can't connect my HP Notebook to my wireless network it used to connect just fine but now it will not connect since I got the new router I've tried to connect it manually I've tried to uninstall my adapter and reinstall it and I have tried to reboot my modem nothing is working any ideas?

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps for the Wi-Fi connection doesn't work:

I have a few steps to resolve the issue:  

  • Since you've already reinstalled drivers, I would recommend using a different notebook downloading drivers to USB flash drive to and update your Wi-Fi drivers using this link 

  • Update the bios by visiting this link  different notebook downloading drivers to USB flash drive ( adaptor need connected mandatory )

  • Now try to connect to the internet wireless.    

  

The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter: 

Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
