Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am using HP 15 notebook laptop. After formating my laptop and I installed window 8.1, I could not connect my laptop to my cellphone hotspot to browse.

Please check windows <device manager>

- Open <network adapters>

- Send screenshot
