Non riesco a connettermi alla rete wireless, nonostante abbia provato tutti i metodi disponibili sul supporto virtuale di HP. Cos'altro posso fare?

Buongiorno.

 

It is very difficult to help remotely in getting your laptop to connect via WIFI. There are just so many things to go wrong.

 

- does your computer see the wireless network?

- check if other computers/phones/tablets (etc.) can connect to the wireless network you have problems with.

- try connecting your computer to another wireless network - hotspot on a mobile phone, for example.

 

If you continue this discussion, please include:

- your laptop model

- Windows version (10/11?)
