Product: HP Elitebook 840 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect my computer to a JBL Clip 2 Speaker using Bluetooth. My HP Elitebook 840 G2 is not able to see it. I was able to pair it with other speakers though.

 

I reached out to the JBL support and I was told that usually you have this problem when your Laptop is not A2DP compatible and that I should reach out to the Laptop's manufacturer to show me where to download a bluetooth driver tha provides this compatibility. 

 

A colleague of mine has exactly the same Laptop model and Windows version and I cannot see the JBL Clip 2 either. However I was able to pair this speaker to my iPhone.
