Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-eb1000 (3N388AV)

Hello everyone, 

The problem is that I don't see a bluetooth adapter among network adapters in the device manager, and it doesn't work as well, whereas wi-fi is working. I've tried to reinstall drivers but it didn't help. If I'm not mistaken, bluetooth and wi-fi are one module, so it can't be a hardware issue. I have no idea how to fix the problem. Can anyone help me with it?
