I was working with the chat service, got to where they couldn't help me anymore & someone would call me.I got sucked into a company called Computer Service, said they represented HP. They worked on my problem for awhile then told me inorder to fix it I had to pick a $500.00 five year or $800.00 lifetime contract with them. I was stuck so I picked the $500.00. They didn't end up fixing my problem after three days of working on it. I would like to cancel & get a refund. How in the world do I get ahold of the right area of HP?

Welcome to the HP Community --
I am sorry that happened to you --
It was not HP -- repeat "Not HP".
My opinion:
Call your bank and talk to the fraud department.
HP does not pass you off to scammers who take your money for expensive and sneaky contracts.
No legitimate company does that.
Beware of Fake Sites
The "Real Deal"
123.hp.com - Printer setup from the HP® Official site
The official HP 123 site is where you can find the appropriate (and free) software and drivers for your printer.
There are many “fake” sites listed (in search engines) for “123” – please make sure you are using the actual “HP” site.
If you are asked for money to correct "issues" on your printer or computer OR if the “help” wants to sell you software, threatens you, or wants to log into your computer, you are using a “fake” site. Do not give these people your information!

You say to proactively contact HP, but there is no way to talk to someone. I was in the HP service chat area & them couldn't help me so they said someone would call me back & hung up. It was the people from Customer Service that called me back & said they represented HP, what can you do???

I edited the first post.
Update
I found a reference that describes HP Wolf Security products,
Written in 2021, the article describes HP Wolf Security products available for the home as well as for Enterprise environments (work / office).
Note that select newer printers might come with Wolf Security for printers built into the product.
Select newer computer products might come with Wolf Security built into the product at purchase.
HP Wolf Security offers a subscription based model as described in the article (link provided).
Tech Takes - All About HP Wolf Security for PC and Printer Protection
HP Wolf Security are not products that a scammer would offer -- they are the opposite of what a scammer would offer, in fact.
You cannot get back to where you were because the whole thing was quite probably one of many, many scams that look and sound just like real help.
Suggestion
Call your bank.
Submit a fraud report.
If our moderator team or an HP agent needs more information, look for a message here before the agent uses any other means to contact you.
