Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently had Windows 10 installed on this laptop as hard drive failed for 4th time and put s solid state drive instead, now WIFI is terrible.  Not the router as I also have a dell and Sony laptops which are working perfectly.  I have read through some of the threads already, have run diagnostics tool, passed all test, have changed power management, have checked / updated drivers, have run BIOS upgrade, have run CMD line resets.  Nothing is working.  Can someone please advise, as does not seem to be a h/w fault so must be config somewhere, or do I need to roll back to Windows8???

HP Probook 450 G2 is a series of many different models/products with many options. Do you know what is the wifi card on your machine ?
