I have a new I pad I want to connect to printer. It says my pw is incorrect.

I wrote my pw down so it has to be correct, yet it keeps dismissing me.

Cannot help with a fussy password...

It is possible the password is actually incorrect or perhaps the password you are entering is "right" but it is not the password the application wants in this situation.  

I can point you to the solutions (and setup methods) for the supported applications for your printer and iPad.

You might at least be able to start over or perhaps find where it is falling apart (and fix it).

Start here:

Open the "Envy" printer sections and scroll down to your printer series.

There you will find the applications and setups that can be used with your iPad and printer.
