I have a pavillion laptop with an intel 802.11b/g/n/c (2x2) wifi and bluetooth 4.2 combo

HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion cs0064st
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Pavilion cs0064st that has  an intel 802.11b/g/n/c (2x2) wifi and bluetooth 4.2 combo. 

I have a 400 mbbs internet with spectrum but my speed test only shows at best 130 mbps .  Spectrum says its my wireless board but it is an 802.11 b/g/n/ac 2x2.  Do I need to download new  firmware?  Any suggestions would help.
