HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have never been able to use the scanner to wirelessly send to any of my computers with 6500A plus printer and I was was wondering why.  When I chose the computer icon on the screen of the printer, it does not recognize the computer.

I see that you are facing scanning issues with your printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware using this link.
