Product: Pavilion X360

Sometimes when I turn my PC  on, it can connect to the network. But the other times it can't. So I need to do troubleshoot over again trying to connect. There are times when even after I troubleshoot or shutdown and restart, it still can't connect to the network. I don't understand what happen because I just use it less than a year. Please kindly let me know what should I do because sometimes I can't use the internet when I need it the most.
