Please post the hardware ID's for the devices that need drivers.

Hi:
That is the driver you need.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted.
[Intel.NTamd64]
; DisplayName Section DeviceId
%HECI_DeviceDesc%=HECI_DDI_x64, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E3A
%HECI_DeviceDesc%=HECI_DDI_x64, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1CBA
%HECI_DeviceDesc%=HECI_DDI_x64, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A
%HECI_DeviceDesc%=HECI_DDI_x64, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1DBA
Try manually installing the driver.
Go to the device manager click on the PCI simple comms controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp56552.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way.
