Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed a Netgear Nighthawk AX6 modem Router. All is well EXCEPT my HP Envy 5601 printer says it is Online But my HP laptop says the printer is offline, therefore it is printing nothing i send it.

I can't find its specs. Looks like it supports 2.4GHz networks only. Please allow your router to broadcast both bands. It will "see" 2.4GHz network and you can connect.

 

Note: I may online on its network.
