I have a fix for you: Click here to troubleshoot Wireless connection, if you need it (since the error is related to the WiFi Drivers).
If this continues I would change the Channel on the router.
Routers are capable of communicating to your Notebook on several different channels.
Sometimes this corrects the speeds.
If the issue persists you may attempt this fix to resolve the issue (using Microsoft Fix it).
