For some reason it seems to stop working past some seconds and then it goes back to normal, giving me a 9000ms ping, that in most cases causes a disconnection with games servers

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP currently has available if you have not done so already:

 

Version 2024.10.230.0
