Hi:
Unfortunately, you won't be able to upgrade the card to 5.0 GHz because it only has a single antenna wire and a dual band card would require two antenna wires.
You could upgrade to Bluetooth though, by replacing the single band Atheros card with this single band Realtek card with Bluetooth.
Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter HP part # 753077-001.
You should be able to find this model card on eBay by searching by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
