I’m setting up my laptop, but the laptop can’t find an internet to connect to

I am setting up my laptop and got to the stage where it tells you to connect to the wifi. However my laptop can’t find any wifi to connect to. The wifi is definitely working because it’s being used just fine, but all of the online answers are just telling me solutions for connecting to wifi once you’re on the homescreen not if you’re on the setup screen.

Is it a new machine ? What is your HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV)  machine ? It could be one of the following 190 machines

We need to know its specs to get the right wifi adapter to be able to help you.

Can you use wired connection ?
