I previously had it connected to WiFi but switched to a new network. When I try to print the wireless directions, paper comes out with no ink on it but my ink is new

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Try making a standalone copy in color and black to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the ink levels and clean the ink cartridges as shown in this document.
