Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-d3000 (2L0Z2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I did the WI-FI speed test on my mobile phone and it was 107mbps for download and then I tried it on my PC and it was 19mbps and the internet and even performance of my computer is very slow its becoming frustrating for me as I don't know how to fix it

What is your PC 14-d3000 (2L0Z2AV)  ? It could be one of the following around 80 machines

For example:         HP Laptop 14s-dq3080TU

 

Do you use SAME network to connect both devices ? Do you use NBN If Yes, what is your contract ? For example my NBN contract is 50/20 therefore I can't get over 50 for download on my computers BUT I get more on my iPhone because my iPhone uses its network (which is Optus).
